Over the last several

After graduating
from the Natural Gourmet Cookery School in NYC, utilizing
our education on how to maintain a healthy vegan
diet, we began to explore the possibilities of creating
those simple treats that we loved before, but were
unable to find vegan alternatives. Well, after months
and months of recipe testing and several batches
later, we have found, once again, the joy of eating
delicious baked goods.
One of their specials
of the night was a vegan soup: a carrot soup with
cilantro, served cold. The entree that I had was angel
hair pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts,
currents and pine nuts. Delicious dinner. Terrific
atmosphere. Great service.
